Our journey
From knowledge, to infrastructure, to intelligence.
Era one — Building the knowledge
Majestic is founded
Built on decades of founder industry experience, Majestic begins sourcing, aggregating and preparing end-of-life material – and building the proprietary data on composition, recovery and pricing that becomes our foundation.
Majestic goes public
Listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange in London (AQSE:MCJ).
Era two — Building the infrastructure
Scaling the network
A record growth year: revenue rises 66% as Majestic expands market share across the UK and Europe. The TeleCycle Europe acquisition is announced, strengthening supply chains and UK operations.
Moving downstream
TeleCycle fully integrated, with the Deeside facility reaching maximum capacity. Majestic secures its 50,000 sq. ft. Wrexham site – and deliberately builds a ~$20m strategic inventory, heavy in designated critical minerals, ahead of 2026.
Majestic trades in the US
Majestic is joined by a US quotation on the OTCQB (MCJCF).
Wrexham comes online
Commissioning begins at our flagship licensed processing facility – 15,000 tonnes of annual capacity at full ramp, taking Majestic from preparing material to upgrading it.
Era three — Building the intelligence
The intelligence layer
AI-powered sorting, robotics, and fire suppression technology are just some of the technologies in development at Wrexham, aimed at improving both efficiency and safety within our business and the wider industry. Predicated on two decades of our own data and experiences, every tonne we process teaches the system – and every future site inherits it.
With an annual capacity exceeding 30,000 tonnes and climbing, we possess the blueprint, expertise, licenses, and capital to replicate and scale production rapidly.
