How we do it
Urban mining, powered by intelligence.
We recover critical and precious metals from end-of-life technology and equipment – through a value chain we’ve spent two decades building, and are now automating.
The value chain
Sourced. Prepared. Upgraded.
Midstream – Preparation
Sorting, sampling, grading and shredding – applying our proprietary intelligence and data to every tonne.
Upstream – Sourcing
End-of-life consumer and industrial products, sourced from long-standing suppliers – some exclusive – across the UK and beyond.
Downstream – Upgrading
Clean, concentrated, refinery-ready feedstock delivered into exclusive smelter and refinery partnerships, reinjecting critical metals into global supply chains.
Upstream – Sourcing
End-of-life consumer and industrial products, sourced from long-standing suppliers – some exclusive – across the UK and beyond.
Midstream – Preparation
Sorting, sampling, grading, shredding. We transform mixed, fragmented material into consistent, well-characterised streams – the groundwork that determines everything recovered downstream, applying our proprietary intelligence and data to every tonne.
Downstream – Upgrading
At our facilities, prepared material becomes clean, concentrated, refinery-ready feedstock – delivered into exclusive smelter and refinery partnerships built over decades. Alongside our customers, these critical metals are reinjected into global supply chains.
Wrexham — where it comes together.
Our licensed Wrexham facility is Majestic’s move downstream – mechanised shredding, sorting and concentration that takes us from preparing material to upgrading it. Value we once passed down the chain now stays in the business.
And Wrexham is more than a facility. It’s the blueprint we replicate – site by site, toward 100,000 tonnes a year by 2030.
The technology
Recovery, powered by AI and robotics.
At Wrexham, we’re developing robotic sorting driven by AI material recognition – machine vision trained on two decades of our own grading data, identifying and separating materials in real time.
